Self Love: Do It For You

self-love

  1. regard for one's own well-being and happiness

You. Are. Loved.

I challenge you today, this week, this month, to get in front of that camera, that selfie-mode, use the timer on your phone. Make-up if you want it. No make-up if you want it. Get out that dress hiding in the back of your closet. Keep those sweatpants on. Have a toddler or teenager pick out your clothes. Put on that top or that pair of jeans or that party dress you bought because you loved them at first sight but have never actually worn them outside of the fitting room at the store.

Her dark brown hair in a French braid. She’s got on her favorite hot pink lippie. With head slightly tilted to the side, she’s looking at you with a challenging smile and to be you because you are enough and you are worth it.]
Do It For You

Take it how you want to.
Own it. Love it.
Be you. Love you.
Take one. Take a ton.
Do it.
Do it for you.
