Pink Lemons

I'm a true believer in finding joy and giggles in the little things. This week, I found something to smile about in pink lemons. These lemons (from the bountiful garden of my in-laws) wear a beautiful variegated green and yellow peel that when sliced, reveal a delicate blush pink.
