One Skein Slouchy Beanie

Cheers to a warm winter hat that fits a pony tail!

 

 

Inspired by Lion Brand's Polaris Hat Pattern.

 

Deviations from pattern:

• Used different yarn (Lion Brand Homespun^® Corinthian)
• Used hook size K/6.50mm
• Made adjustments to the band (more sc2tog and possibly more sc rows, though not sure because stopped counting) so it would fit better (due to using different yarn and hook size)
• Didn't finish with sl st round, just a round of sc's

Not going outside due to crazy weather and unplowed streets has led to several boxes checked off the project list!

 

Looking forward to digging through the yarn box for more bulky yarn for slouchy beanie #2!
