Vintage Neck Tie - Paprika

I had been eyeing this pattern for months but thought it just looked too complicated.... I finally got the guts to try it and can't believe I waited this long!!!

Pattern from Lion Brand Pattern Number: 60825A. Instead of Vanna's Choice yarn, I used Red Heart Soft Paprika. Instead of hook sizes P-15 and N-13 as mentioned in the pattern, I used 6.50mm and 6.0mm.

FPHDC (front post half double crochet) Yarn over, insert hook from front to back then to
front, going around the hdc post, draw up a loop, yarn over and draw through all 3 loops on
hook. Skip stitch behind the FPHDC.

Row 1: Hdc in 3rd ch from hook and in each ch across - 38 hdc.
Row 2: Ch 2, turn, sk first hdc, FPHDC in each hdc across, end FPHDC in turning ch. Rep last row 6 times.
Fasten off.
Leaves
With smaller hook, join yarn with sl st in lower right corner of Neck Tie.
