Sure, it may be >100F degrees outside but little tastes better than dumpling soup when a cold is weighing me down. Hot fluid to soothe the irritated throat. Protein to keep the body going. Sesame oil to help awaken the senses through a super stuffy nose. These dumplings were frozen from two months ago and it was really easy to boil them and enjoy as a soup (used some of the water from boiling the dumplings, added a little soba soup base, fresh green onions, and sesame oil). It's like chicken noodle soup but all the goodies are wrapped in flavorful parcels!
