Blueberry Plum Frozen Yogurt Stars
This summer we've been getting creative with our ice pops in flavors and shapes! At our grocery store, we found some silicone mold ice cup trays that work wonderfully as mini ice pops (without the stick). Great finger food for toddlers in easy to store portions!
These particular ones I used a food processor to mix up blueberries, whole milk plain yogurt, and a cut up plum. Previous ones I've added chia seeds and/or shredded unsweetened coconut as well! Get creative!
Once frozen, pop them out into an airtight container or resealable plastic bag for storage in the freezer! |
