BBQ Chicken Wraps


Wraps are a convenient way to use make a quick meal (less than 30 minutes including clean-up) out of leftovers or random items in the fridge. Here we have BBQ chicken wraps made from a leftover poached chicken breast that didn't make it into a previous night's chicken pot pie. We caramelized half an onion and added sweet peppers, green onions, and a sweet and spicy BBQ sauce. Wrap it in a tortilla and serve with a radish cilantro slaw (similar to 涼拌黃瓜 (Liáng bàn huáng guā - Pickled Cucumber Salad) Recipe). Lunch is ready!

  1. I was *totally* going to make BBQ tofu-lentil wraps. That BBQ sauce bottle looks similar to the one I've got in my fridge ;)
